Payment is required a fortnight in advance of the workshop so that we can make sure there is ample time to prepare. Payment secures your spot in the workshop, so we advise you do not delay, as spaces are limited. Unless otherwise confirmed between you and us, failure to pay on time will unfortunately mean you will lose your place in the workshop.
You are free to cancel with full refund minus the 3% booking fee (this is because Square does not refund their service fee). Cancellation within three to six days prior to a workshop will incur a $50 deduction of full refund as it will be unlikely we will be able to fill your spot. If you cancel within 48 hours of the workshop, or fail to show up on the day, unfortunately there is no refund available. If you are looking to withdraw from a school course once it has started, you will be offered a partial refund for the remaining lessons of the course, You will not be refunded the 3% booking fee. If your course or workshop includes an art kit, you will be charged for the artkit (which you will then own) unless we can fill your spot, in which case we will refund you the cost of the art kit.
Although this is very unlikely, in the case of our cancellation of the workshop, you will be issued a full refund.
